Soundwave’s Silent Charity Auction!

We want to try something new and we want to raise money for a good cause at the same time! We are having our first ever Silent Charity Auction next week. The auction will start on New Comic Tuesday (the 24th) and will last until Sunday, December 29th at 7:00 PM ! When you come in check out our display of auction items. We are starting with a retail value of over $1,000! Each item has a starting bid of just $1.00! Everyone is encouraged and welcome to participate as all profits will go to Low Country Orphan Relief!

To participate in the auction is easy!

1) You may offer the bid in person at the store, e-mail it in, or phone in your opening bid and maximum bid!

2) Bids can be increased at any time during the 6-day auction. Bids will be in 50 cent increments. (Example: you can make an opening bid of $1.50 on an item or increase a bid by 50 cents each time).

3) Items will be on display in the store starting on Tuesday, December 24th with the current high bid displayed by each item. As new high bids are made we will change the current high bid display to show the new leader. Updates will be made on Facebook throughout the week.

4) If an item has no opening bid within the first 3 days, we will replace it with a new item. If you are interested in something don’t hesitate to bid. All items start at just $1.00 to bid.

5) On Sunday, the final day, we will announce on Facebook at 6:00 PM the current high bid and leader. You will have one hour, until 7:00 PM to offer any final bid increases in person, by e-mail, or by phone. Winners of each item will be posted on Facebook at 8:00 PM Sunday night. In the event of a maximum bid tie, the earliest max bid received will be the winner.

6) We hope you’ll participate and tell all your friends. If you have any questions about the auction just let us know.
