Larry Watts lives in sunny Florida with his beautiful wife and children. He is a freelance illustrator, designer, screenprinter and occasional musician. He has won several Addy Awards for graphic design, web design, and illustration. Recently, his comic book illustrations have been featured by Aftershock Comics, Dynamite Entertainment, ALterna Comics, Frozen Beach Studios, IDW, Insomnia Publications, Top Shelf 2.0, adn KnightShift Entertainment, Valiant Entertainment, and Zenescope Entertainment.

Gregbo Watson is a digital artist, illustrator and Comic Book artist with a twisted imagination and dark sense of humor. Both of which are mirrored in his art and illustration style.   Gregbo has worked on projects for Zenescope, Upper Deck, and Marvel Comics and does commissions and works on freelance projects from his studio in Easley, SC.  He is a Low Country favorite so make sure to check him out.

Christine is a local comic book creator who we see as family her in the store. She provided the colorwork for series' such as Amazing Age, Xigency Studios’ Amazonia, and Matthew David Smith’s Simon Says. She made her debut as co-creator, writer, and colorist for the web comic Undead Norm in 2012. Newest creation with JD Benefield is the comic Bittersweet Sentinels out July 2018.

Chuck Brown has written The Punisher and Black Panther comics for Marvel. He is the Writer and co-creator of Rotten Apple for Dark Horse Comics and the Writer and co-creator of Bitterroot that will debut in 2018 at Image Comics. He has been self-publishing for more than 18 years. And has written comics for Zenescope, 12Gauge, LINE Web Toons, and Spike TV

I'm a comic book colorist. Have been since 1995. I'm also a cat rescuer and behavior student, a hiker, a wife to Randy, a cat mom to many beasts, a professional procrastinator, a beer fan, a metalhead, a mental health advocate, a reader of many things, and a traveler. I'm in my mid-40s, which sometimes feels like 30 and mostly feels like 50. I am average in every way. My husband and I live in the suburbs of Atlanta with our three cats.

Bridgit attended University of North Carolina in Charlotte and graduated with a BFA in Illustration. She's been scribbling away since, on comic books, trading cards, storyboards, band posters, fantasy novel and audiobook covers, tattoo designs, event stationery, convention commissions and even a mural or two! She just recently has been part of successfully funded Kickstarter of a new adventure Drinks & Daggers a table top card game, check it out.  She is also the creator of Brother Nash comic. Chad Bowers is a comics writer from South Carolina. His credits include the fan-favorite Marvel Comics series X-MEN ’92, INFINITY COUNTDOWN DARKHAWK, and the original graphic novel DEADPOOL: BAD BLOOD. He's worked for Oni Press, Dynamite Entertainment, BOOM Studios, and currently working on YOUNGBLOOD: BLOOD WARS (Image Comics), and INFINITY WARS: SLEEPWALKER (Marvel).

Chris Sims is a writer based in Durham, North Carolina, best known for his work alongside cowriter Chad Bowers on titles like X-Men '92Deadpool: Bad BloodInfinity Wars: Darkhawk, and more. He was also the Senior Writer for the Eisner Award-Winning Comicsalliance.com from 2010 to 2017, and the World's Foremost Batmanologist. His favorite color is blue and he would like a cup of coffee, please (black, three sugars).

 Patrick is a professional painter living here in Charleston. His original paintings are being featured on Stephen King's "Mr. Mercedes" TV show that was filmed in Charleston.  Before going to just painting, he was a long time tattoo artist here in Charleston, so you may even already have a piece done by Patrick.  

 

Jeremy is a cartoonist born in the Appalachian Mountains. He's drawn comics over a decade and has published 2 graphic novels, The Deadbeat and All My Ghosts. He lives near Charlotte with his family.

Eastern Exotics is a Non-Profit organization started in North Carolina. Their mission is committed to saving species worldwide by bringing together expertise in conservation science along with animal care, your dedication, and our inspiring passion for Wildlife and nature. Our Wildlife Conservancy efforts along with educational training in Film, media, conventions, communities and schools shall empower people from around the world to help us save species from extinction in a variety of different ways and to protect and ensure the humane treatment of all animals.

They will have some of their wildlife friends at the show so you can get a close up look, or if you're brave, a feel.

The Carolina Garrison is the North Carolina/South Carolina chapter of the 501st Legion. Formed by South Carolina residents, Albin Johnson and Tom Crews in August 1997, the 501st Legion has grown to become an all-volunteer / fan-based, international Star Wars costuming organization with more than 9,500 active members representing 6 continents and more than 47 nations. The 501st Legion also contains over 15,500 approved costumes worldwide through its members. Well known for its charity work, the 501st Legion has become the preferred costuming group for Lucasfilm Ltd. / Disney when it comes to high profile Star Wars events.

They travel from event to event interviewing artists, actors, creators, and more to bring that convention experience to fans on their YouTube and Twitch channels! They're best known for their interviews, gaming streams, and the panels they lead at conventions.

Aliciahyphenjo Cosplay as the Soundwave Comic Con Media Host! Alicia is a Summerville-based cosplayer and costumer who handmakes costumes for herself and for commissions. She has been a cosplay guest at many of our past events and is best known for her adorable Squirrel Girl cosplays!
